Speaking at taz.lab in Berlin

This Saturday at the Haus der Kulturen der Welt in Berlin, the German daily newspaper taz (www.taz.de) is organising a big conference on Europe.

Daphne, the spokes person of the North-Eastern Caravan and Citizenship and Democracy Director of European Alternatives is taking part in panel discussing the crisis of solidarity in Europe and youth.

The questions that we are tackling there are going to be:

- Does the young generation still connect Europe with a promise on a better future?
- What should be changed, how should the EU be a model for the future?
- How do the prospects for the younger generations look like? How do the prospects differ for Southern and Northern Europe?
- What does a solidary Europe mean in times of the crisis? Is there a transnational solidarity among young Europeans -also beyond EU-borders?

Meet the panelists here:

Michalis Goudis, Journalist
Miguel Luna, Sprecher Juventud Sin Futuro Madrid
Umud Dalgic, Projektkoordinator Heinrich-Böll-Stiftung Istanbul
Michael Bloss, Ko-Sprecher Europäische Grüne Jugend
Daphne Büllesbach, Sprecherin European Alternatives Berlin
